Four black strength athletes showcase power, grace and form in this well put together tape, set to a hard-driving urban beat.

First, bodybuilder/dancer PANTHER lives up to her name as she prowls, pivots and dances in boots and bootie-hugging camo hot-pants and matching top, then a sexy striped number. Her thick, sleek muscles get a wicked workout as she dons boxing gloves and throws punches, kicks and hip-hop moves until she glows.

Next, Bodybuilder SHEILA, a long, tall Texan with full, round muscles, great shoulders and sparkling eyes, presents her terrific proportions, first in a backless one-piece, then in a red bikini, as she dances through a power-packed posing routine.

Then comes bodybuilder/wrestler TARYN POWER, who's a study in contradictions. She has the most extreme, severe look on the tape, with a short military haircut, massive, rock-hard arms and powerful legs, and at the same time, the sweetest smile and shyest nature of all the women featured here. A gentle giantess in a wrestling singlet.

Finally, there's the exotic NUBIAN, an aspiring actress, dancer and shootfighter, with a lithe, whip-lean body, and cornrow braids that swing seductively down past the best bootie on the tape.

She struts through muscle beach in a see-through white mini-shirt and top, turning heads and dropping jaws, poses by a pool in a microscopic bikini, then changes into skin-tight workout wear to exchange vicious attacks and counters with her trainer ANTHONY in a brutal sparing match that more than once leaves him gasping for his life in the deadly embrace of Nubian's unbreakable guillotine choke.
